Note: Any invoices you enter for your Accounts Receivable conversion balance are saved as automatically approved. If you are adding or editing a conversion invoice, save it and return to the list of invoices. Once created, the draft invoices behave the same way as any other invoice on the Draft tab and can be printed, emailed, deleted or processed. Once you have completed the basic invoice details, as many invoices as are required will be generated and saved onto the Draft tab - each to one of the Contacts in the group, each with its own sequential invoice number. The Create draft invoices button only displays if you are creating an invoice to be sent to all Contacts in a Contact Group.
